French company database
French company data as an Excel or CSV file, divided into 21 industries according to NAF rév. 2: for your CRM, B2B prospecting, postal mailings, market analysis and sales territory planning.
Our database: 1,577,933 records, 1,505,366 of them with phone, email or website (as of 4 November 2026). Whole industry export from €229.
Choose an industry
Each industry page explains which NAF codes belong to it, which public registers exist in the industry and which details a list does not contain. The figure on the card is the market size according to official statistics.
Process
Three steps. You commit to nothing in advance: first you see scope, the date of the data and price, then you decide.
Name the industry or activity, the regions or departments, the fields every record should contain and the intended use. Help with definitions: NAF and APE codes: defining an industry.
We state the number of records after filters, the available columns, the date of the data and the price. Prices shown are the full price – nothing is added.
You receive the export as a UTF-8 CSV, or XLSX or JSON on request, as a one-off without a subscription.
Regional selection
We assign the department and region using the postcode of the business address. Selection is provided for all 18 regions; the official figures per region are on the businesses by region page.

FAQ
Yes, on request. The French company database holds 1,577,933 records (as of 4 November 2026), 1,505,366 of them with phone, email or website; collection from company websites continues. The quote states how many records are available for your selection, with the date of the data and the full price. Company data from other countries: EU and other markets.
Each industry card shows the number of businesses according to official statistics as the market size. In total, Eurostat counts 5,445,577 businesses in industry, construction and market services (Eurostat, structural business statistics 2024). We will publish our own figures per industry once the matching with the Sirene database is complete. With regional and field filters a list is smaller; the quote states the size of your selection.
Exporting a whole industry costs €229 to €449; each industry’s price is on its card and on the pricing page. Selections by region, department or your own filters are quoted on request. You receive a file for permanent use, not a subscription. Prices shown are the full price – nothing is added. How to compare offers is described in the guide Buying French company data: what to check.
As a UTF-8 CSV with semicolons as delimiters, or as an Excel file (XLSX) or JSON on request. The 15 columns and a sample file with fictitious businesses are on the export page.
From Overture Maps (open map data, mostly under the CDLA Permissive 2.0 licence) and from the contact pages and legal notices of company websites; matching with INSEE’s Sirene database (Licence Ouverte 2.0) for SIREN, NAF code and legal form is in progress. We never fill an empty field with assumed values. Details: data sources and methodology.
Towards businesses, yes, within the CNIL framework. B2B email prospecting can rely on legitimate interest if the offer relates to the recipient’s profession; each message must identify the sender and offer a simple way to unsubscribe, and generic company addresses (contact@, info@) are not subject to these principles. Businesses can object to sales calls; consumers must have consented, but our files contain no consumers.
You remain responsible for your campaign: inform the persons concerned, honour objections and keep your own suppression list. Overview with sources: B2B email and phone prospecting in France.
Selection by region and department is provided; both are derived from the postcode of the business address. The postcode is a column in the export that you can filter yourself. Records without a usable postcode are shown separately on the database status page.
Sirene, INSEE’s register of businesses and establishments, is open data: it gives SIREN, SIRET, address, NAF code and legal form, but no phone number, email address or website. A company list from firmdata.fr adds the contact details that businesses publish themselves. What Sirene contains: Sirene, SIREN and SIRET: what is public.
Describe whom you want to reach. We suggest a definition by NAF codes and state scope and price.
