Large contractors have branches in several départements. Once matched with the Sirene database, each branch has its own SIRET and all share the company’s SIREN, so you can group the records of one company or target each branch separately.
Where the contractor is a sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), their contact details are personal data: the GDPR requires informing the person and respecting their objection. The forme_juridique column, filled in once matched with Sirene, lets you identify these records.
